This isn't goofy but an inspired bit of graffiti around the corner from my crib in Harlem. Legal scholars debate the causes of the dramatic drop in crime in NYC. Some claim it was Gulianno's outlawing graffiti in the subway. I couldn't say but the subways are clean (though some tag the windows with "scratchffiti"...I did not make that word up). I have seen not one Shark and not one Jet. Though I did watch a Ken Burns film that pinned the negative view of Puertoricans on Westside Story.
